We are looking for a Business Development Representative who wants to be part of a fast-growing company and a brilliant, ambitious team. You will contact potential customers and schedule meetings with them, also you will identify and qualify new commercial opportunities and will create with a senior sales executive new commercial strategies.

Job requirements

How your day to day would look like... 🧐

  • Contact potential customers according to a list that the Sales Manager provides you.

  • Identify and qualify new commercial opportunities. Participating in leads’ acquisition campaigns establishing relationships with new customers; is crucial for our long-term sales process and company success.

  • Identify the decision-makers and schedule meetings with them. Work closely with them ensuring a consistent flow of potential leads.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to define new commercial strategies.

  • Reflect your activity and tracking of your potential prospects through Hubspot (CRM).

  • Strong phone, email, chat or any other means of contact being an active listener.

  • Participate in face-to-face events to show potential brands the value we can bring to them.


You’ll be a good fit if you have… 🙂

  • At least 2 years of experience in new business openings and merchants acquisition in some of the following sectors: sports, fashion & beauty, electronics & mobile or travels.

  • Advantage knowledge and interest in the sales and finances world.

  • Native level of Spanish and good level of written and spoken English.

  • Experience with CRM.

  • Currently living in Barcelona or nearby.
