We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist who wants to be part of a fast-growing company and a brilliant, ambitious team. This person will take care of our Shoppers and give them an amazing post-sales experience.

Job requirements

What your day to day would look like... 🧐

  • Take phone calls and answer emails from our customers to solve their doubts. All communication with customers is in Spanish language.

  • Manage different administrative tasks related to the orders made with SeQura payment methods.

  • Update information in our database and systems.

  • Give internal support to other teams.

  • Generate reports.

  • Manage BackOffice tasks.

You’ll be a good fit if you have… 🙂

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer care.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Mid-knowledge about Office Package and IT.

  • Native Spanish level and a good level of English, both verbal and written.

  • You have a great capacity for synthesis, you are methodical, and you are detail-oriented.
