We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst who wants to be part of a fast-growing company and a brilliant, ambitious team. This person will help the team provide accurate financial reports and analyses to make well-informed decisions.
How your day to day would look like... 🧐
Collaborate in the preparation and development of investor and corporate-orientated materials, including quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, Q&A, and other associated materials.
Consolidate and analyze financial data taking into account the company’s goals and financial standing.
Identify financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Collect and summarise data to structure reports on financial status and risks.
Collaborate on the development and improvement of the financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis.
Handle business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
Identify trends, advise the company and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on sound analysis.
Manage process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
Contribute to ongoing projects from the Finance team.
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of work experience in finance.
Proficient level in spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications. Tableau knowledge will be a plus.
Strong capabilities in attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good research, quantitative and analytical skills.
Good communication and outstanding presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
