We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Merchant Conversion team. Your mission will be to create an outstanding relationship with our Merchants to help them increase their performance and profitability.

Job requirements

How your day to day would look like... 🧐

  • Establish strong and long-lasting relationships with the key merchants assigned to you.
  • Understand our merchant’s pain points, such as their challenges and needs and at the same time, identify the possible opportunities.
  • Define business plans or strategies to increase the sales of these merchants and transform the information gained from the previous point into real solutions.
  • Activate and supervise the suggested proposals and analyse the return generated by them.
  • Share with the rest of the teams the information about the market and the performance of our merchants.
  • Achieve that all SeQura compromises with your merchants to give them the best service possible.
  • Constantly recapitulating results, analysing them and always proposing improvements.
  • Most importantly, our customers are always happy, and they become our main brand ambassadors.


You’ll be a good fit if you have… 🙂

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing.
  • It will be awesome if you come from the e-commerce world and also have experience with physical stores.

  • Availability to travel in Spain to visit merchants, around 70% of your time.

  • Excellent communication level in Spanish and English, proactivity and dynamism.
