We are looking for a Merchant Onboarding Agent who wants to be part of a fast-growing company and a brilliant, ambitious team. You will take care of our Merchants ensuring excellent customer service and follow up throughout the onboarding process.
How your day to day would look like... 🧐
Support Merchants through different channels (telephone, email... ) and during the different stages of the process.
Make the necessary arrangements for the Merchant to have a good OnBoarding experience.
Incident and query management.
Analysis and allocation of workloads to try to streamline the whole process with the objective of getting the Merchant in production as soon as possible.
Satisfaction survey management.
Manage stakeholders involved in onboarding process.
Suggest and collaborate in the internal process improvement.
You’ll be a good fit if you have… 🙂
At least 1 year of experience in customer care, and you really enjoy contacting them.
It would be nice if you have experience working in fintech or ecommerce companies.
Knowledge about Office Package.
IT tools friendly user.
Native Spanish level and high level of English, both verbal and written. French, Portuguese or Italian language knowledge is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, experience in dealing with customers, agility in resolving calls and emails.
