We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who wants to be part of a fast-growing company and a brilliant, ambitious team. This person will have as a main mission humanizing financial services.

Job requirements

How your day to day would look like... 🧐

  • Create new business opportunities, always thinking about long-term relationships with our Merchants.

  • Own and manage a pipeline of clients, all organized in our CRM; build and cultivate relationships on an ongoing basis to drive results.

  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements, discuss solutions and make effective sales pitches.

  • Close sales and achieve/exceed monthly objectives.

  • Create and implement the sales strategy to sustain rapid company growth.


You’ll be a good fit if you have… 🙂

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales in the technology industry.
  • Native level of Spanish and high level of written and spoken English.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • High level of emotional intelligence.

  • Currently living in Barcelona or nearby.
