We are looking for a Social Media Manager responsible for global external communications, publications and exhibitions, events, marketing materials, and the company website helping to build our brand globally. If you are looking for the opportunity to take on responsibility, drive change and help shape our success, then you have come to the right place!

Pay attention: This is a fun job! but not for everyone. You need to be comfortable in your own shoes, be highly empathetic, curious and a self-starter and have a good sense of humour to create engaging content.

Job requirements

How your day to day would look like:

  • Plan and create content to post on each platform. Embrace the tone and personality of our new brand (to be released).

  • Manage our social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and interact with shoppers and merchants to build our communities.

  • Target influential people with thought-leading content to build positive sentiment ready for sales activity.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, and adapt social media campaigns.

  • Stay up to date with social media trends, and memes, adapt them to the context of our business and target the audience with our tone of voice.

  • Strong understanding of digital media trends, with a good feel for what makes content popular online. Have a knack for all things social, knowing all the right places to look for killer content.

  • Capture successes and metrics from across the organization and translate them into compelling stories and case studies.

  • Ensure brand compliance in all marketing materials and communications for the Company.

You’ll be a good fit if you have…

  • Have managed and grown a social media account.

  • Demonstrable experience creating engaging and viral content, tailored to different audiences.

  • At least 3 years of comparable professional experience.

  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.

  • An independent working style and initiative.

  • Have a bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, PR or similar careers.
