About the role🤓

Join our Business Analytics team at a fintech company, where you’ll work closely with Product, Finance, and Data Platform teams to deliver insights that directly shape business strategy. You’ll design SQL models using our existing infrastructure to support both recurring reporting and ad-hoc analysis. A key part of your role will be building and maintaining Tableau and Metabase dashboards to monitor mobile app performance, user behavior, and financial outcomes. You'll collaborate with experienced analysts from diverse backgrounds - an ideal setting to deepen your skills, learn best practices, and contribute to high-impact decisions.

What challenges you'll be solving 🚀

Data Modeling

• Design and build SQL queries and models to support mobile app analytics, performance analysis and revenue tracking

• Ensure data quality and consistency through testing and validation

Business Intelligence and Reporting

• Build and optimize scalable reports in Tableau and Metabase to track performance and financial KPIs

Stakeholder Partnership

• Translate Business teams requirements into technical solutions and accurate reporting

• Work with the Data Platform team to ensure data accessibility and reliability

What you’ll need 🤝

Technical Skills

• 1+ years (Junior) or 2+ years (Mid) experience working with SQL

• Proven understanding of data modeling principles

• Experience with Tableau and/or Metabase

• Strong advantage: familiarity with dbt, Redshift, Visual Studio, Github

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data/Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish

• Ability to turn business questions into effective dashboards and reports

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services

• Knowledge of data visualization best practices

• Familiarity with mobile app analytics, user behavior tracking, and product metrics

• Experience with Python for advanced analytics

• Comfort using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
