About the role 🤓

As a Creative Director you will lead the strategic and creative vision for seQura, ensuring that all brand communications are compelling, cohesive, and performance-driven. You'll drive innovative, platform-specific campaigns that captivate target audiences while collaborating closely with design, content, and performance teams to bring high-impact creative ideas to life. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the brand’s visual and narrative identity, overseeing creative execution, and ensuring alignment across all marketing and communication channels.

What challenges you'll be solving 🚀

Brand & Creativity Strategy

  • Own and evolve seQura’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Develop and oversee brand guidelines, ensuring visual and verbal alignment across internal teams and external partners.

  • Shape the creative direction of marketing campaigns, aligning them with business objectives and customer insights.

  • Ensure brand positioning remains distinctive and impactful in a competitive market

Creative Development & Storytelling

  • Lead the end-to-end creative process: research, strategy, briefing, concept development, and execution.

  • Develop compelling storytelling and creative concepts that drive engagement, conversion, and brand affinity.

  • Oversee the creation of high-performing assets optimized for different digital channels.

  • Work closely with the design and performance marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of brand and performance-driven creative.

  • Continuously explore new creative angles, concepts, and trends to maintain fresh and innovative storytelling

Campaign Execution & Performance Optimization

  • Lead the development of B2B and B2C campaigns across the full funnel, from awareness to conversion.

  • Collaborate with the performance team to define KPIs, analyze campaign effectiveness, and optimize creative strategies.

  • Use data-driven insights and A/B testing to refine messaging, visuals, and formats for maximum impact.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to drive innovative and competitive creative solutions.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, writers, and freelancers to maintain a high standard of creative excellence.

  • Oversee workflows, production timelines, and project execution to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.

  • Act as the key liaison between marketing, design, product, and external creative partners.

  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

What you’ll need 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

  • 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally within fast-paced digital environments.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and Spanish are required).

  • Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact brand campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, brand development, and performance-driven creative.

  • Deep understanding of design principles, UX/UI, and digital content optimization.

  • Experience leading creative teams and working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and growth teams.

  • Passion for innovation, emerging trends, and pushing creative boundaries.
