About the role 🤓

As a Customer Care Specialistyou will collaborate with our customer care team to provide excellent customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support. Your mission will be to help seQura grow and increase brand loyalty by meeting the customer’s expectations.

Job requirements

What challenges you'll be solving 🚀

  • Take phone calls, answer emails, and chat messages from our customers to solve their doubts. 

  • Manage different administrative tasks related to the orders made with seQura payment methods.

  • Collaborate in the continuous improvement of the department, by sharing the best ideas and knowledge of market differences.

  • Update information in our database and systems.

  • Generate reports.

  • Manage Back Office tasks.

What you’ll need 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer care.

  • Native level of Portuguese and at least a communicative level of English, Spanish, and/or German is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.

  • Great capacity for synthesis, methodical and detail-oriented person.

  • Problem solver and comfortable working by objectives.

  • Proactive attitude, being able to work as part of the team but also being self-sufficient.

  • At least mid-knowledge about Office Package and IT.
