About the role 🤓
As an Employee Experience Intern, you will play a key role in supporting and developing initiatives to improve the overall employee experience at seQura. With us, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and participate in significant projects that directly impact the culture and well-being of our employees.
Job requirements
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Collaborate in both existing and newly created employee onboarding activities discussing company culture and operations.
Contribute to collecting and analyzing data related to employee experience.
Generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist in creating action plans based on received feedback.
Collaborate in the development and implementation of our wellness program by organizing events, and new activities, and collecting feedback.
Organize course schedules and gather feedback on the program.
Provide administrative assistance in managing documents, drafting processes, reports, and internal communications for the People team, as well as searching for new service providers.
Assist with internal design needs such as creating presentations, social media visuals, and basic internal communications materials.

What you’ll need 🫱🏼🫲🏽
University student in the final year of a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or another related field.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and basic data analysis skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English.
Great empathic capabilities and an easygoing personality.
Extremely organized, you know how to prioritize and how to work results-oriented.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team, assuming responsibilities.
Business acumen to contribute ideas for new strategic actions.
Attention to detail.
An eye for visual aesthetics and a working knowledge of basic design tools and concepts
Basic understanding of design principles (such as layout, color, and typography) with familiarity in tools like Canva. We’re looking for someone with a creative eye and a willingness to learn.
