About the role 🤓

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to help drive smart, data-backed financial decisions that fuel our growth. You’ll work across planning, reporting, and analysis, supporting key initiatives and collaborating with teams across the business

Job requirements

What challenges you'll be solving 🚀

Financial planning & forecasting

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles across departments

  • Maintain and improve financial models to support scenario analysis and strategic planning

Performance analysis & reporting

  • Track and analyze variances vs. budget/forecast

  • Deliver clear, actionable insights through commentary and visual reporting

  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles

Business partnering

  • Collaborate with department leads to align financial plans with operational goals

  • Translate financial data into practical insights for non-finance stakeholders

Data analysis & storytelling

  • Turn KPIs into meaningful business stories for leadership, board, and investors

  • Highlight key drivers, risks, and opportunities with clarity and precision

Process improvement & tools

  • Enhance FP&A processes by leveraging tools like NetSuite, Abacum, and BI platforms

  • Automate workflows to boost accuracy and efficiency

Ad-Hoc strategic projects

  • Support high-impact initiatives (product launches, pricing, expansion..)

  • Use scenario modeling to inform key business decisions

What you’ll need 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or auditing roles

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights

  • Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting processes

  • Fluent in English and Spanish; confident communicator across teams and levels

  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools; experience with NetSuite, Abacum, or Tableau is a plus

  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for numbers
