About the role 🤓

Join us as the Growth Marketing Manager to lead the growth of the seQura’s subscription eyewear product, that’s redefining how people access eye care. This is a hands-on, creative, and entrepreneurial challenge where you’ll build and scale marketing strategies from scratch, making a massive impact with scrappy resources and bold ideas.

SeQura Eyewear is a disruptive division of seQura focused on the optical sector, revolutionizing the way people access glasses and lenses, service and protection to cover diverse needs and lifestyles, all delivered with transparency, sustainability and ease. 

Joining means being part of a movement: help merchants build long term relationships with their customers, reduce customer churn and acquisition costs to ultimately double their sales per customer. We are already working with some of the major optical groups in the country in the rollout phase and planning a rapid expansion in international markets. 

Job requirements

What challenges you'll be solving 🚀 

  • Design and execute the growth and marketing strategy for seQura Eyewear, driving awareness, adoption, and subscriptions.

  • Develop go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, including local market expansion and national brand-building initiatives.

  • Apply growth hacking methodologies to identify, test, and scale creative marketing channels.

  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and sales teams on pricing, product positioning, and customer journeys.

  • Build lightweight mockups in Figma to reduce iteration cycles with designers.

  • Maximize impact with a limited budget, leveraging digital media channels and AI-first tools.

  • Monitor performance metrics, ensuring strategies directly contribute to revenue growth and product-market fit.

  • Stay ahead of digital trends, adopting tools and channels to strengthen seQura Eyewear’s competitive edge.

What you’ll need 🤝 

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, consumer subscription, or fast-scaling startups.

  • Creative problem-solver, comfortable designing scrappy campaigns with limited resources.

  • Proven track record of developing GTM strategies and executing growth campaigns.

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work across disciplines (strategy, operations, execution).

  • Hands-on expertise with digital marketing channels, analytics, and growth hacking techniques.

  • Hands-on experience with Figma and an AI-first mentality, using tools beyond ChatGPT to accelerate work and improve the quality of the outputs.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

  • High adaptability, resilience, and willingness to roll up your sleeves in a fast-changing environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in consumer subscription models or city-by-city expansion strategies.

  • Exposure to pricing strategy or product modeling.

  • Background in both startup and corporate environments.

  • Product Marketing experience
