About the role 🤓
As a KYB Analyst, you will help the team onboard new merchants and provide support to the business to comply with applicable regulations and company policies.

What challenges you´ll be solving 🚀
- Conduct KYC/KYB on our merchants by reviewing client documentation and information.
- Perform onboarding and due diligence on new merchants.
- Review and analyze merchant’s information utilizing internal and external systems and tools in order to assess risks and decide on the following steps that should be taken.
- Conduct PEPs (Politically Exposed Persons) screening and adverse media checks.
- Prepare external reports or regulatory filings.
- Maintain compliance with regulations and attainment of client-specific processing requirements.
- Be open to perform other responsibilities associated with this position such as: liaise with stakeholders, develop and maintain policies and procedures relevant to the team, recommend improvements on current processes and procedures.

What you’ll need 🫲🏽
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, and background in KYC/KYB & onboarding of merchants.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field.
Banking or Fintech experience is a must.
Specific training in Financial Crime: AML, Sanctions, AB&C and/or Fraud will be a great plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English.
Organized, disciplined, structured and, you can manage your workload and communicate properly.
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail, and strong research skills.
A strong drive and enjoy working in a high paced operational environment.
Proactive, hands-on, and self-driven.
Detailed oriented and enjoy a structured way of working.
