As an Operations Trainee, you will be responsible for overseeing client interactions, project management, and administrative tasks while supporting various operational processes within the company. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to learn while managing multiple responsibilities. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.

Job requirements

What challenges you'll be solving 🚀

  • Business Analysis & Reporting: Conduct internal analysis and reporting, focusing on sales, profitability, and key business metrics to drive strategic decision-making and enhance operational performance.

  • Merchant Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and deliver periodic reports to merchants, providing clear, accurate, and valuable insights regarding their activity, performance, and subscription status.

  • Operational Management: Solve operational issues reported by merchants, ensuring swift and effective resolution to minimize disruption to their daily operations.

  • Billing Management: Identify, analyze, and resolve billing issues reported by merchants, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of billing and payment processes.

  • Default Management: Monitor and manage cases of customer defaults, coordinating collection efforts to maximize recovery rates and minimize credit risk.

  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance productivity, support scalability and streamline workflows.

  • Collaboration: Partner with various internal departments to ensure the successful and timely execution of operational tasks, contributing to overall operational excellence.

  • Merchant Communication: Act as one point of contact for prospects and clients, managing inquiries, follow-ups, and relationship-building efforts.

What you’ll need 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, consulting, project management, or a similar role is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Spanish Native and English with high fluency.
