About the role  🤓

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for planning and developing key messaging, content and positioning for new product launches, new feature releases and go-to-market strategies.

What challenges you'll be solving 🚀

  • Define & Develop Product Positioning – Craft compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies for SeQura’s flexible payment solutions, ensuring clear differentiation for merchants.

  • Own Product-Led Storytelling – Translate complex financial solutions into clear, merchant-friendly messaging, driving adoption from concept to launch.

  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis – Continuously analyze market trends, merchant pain points, and competitive gaps to refine our positioning and uncover new opportunities.

  • Content & Campaign Execution – Develop website copy, blog articles, email sequences, videos, and sales enablement materials to educate and engage merchants.

  • Sales Enablement & Training – Equip our Sales team with the tools, messaging, and competitive insights needed to confidently present SeQura’s products and win deals.

  • This role is critical in shaping how merchants perceive and adopt SeQura’s solutions, ensuring we stay ahead in the Ecommerce, OptiQa, and EduQa markets.

What you’ll need 🫲🏽

  • 8-10+ years of experience in Product Marketing – Proven track record in B2B fintech, tech, or SaaS, with deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and lifecycle management.

  • Strong strategic & executional mindset – Hands-on experience in launching, scaling, and optimizing products, balancing high-level strategy with executional detail.

  • Native-level Spanish & advanced English – Strong verbal and written communication skills to craft compelling messaging and collaborate across markets.

  • Experience in high-growth environments – Prior work in startups, scaleups, or fast-moving B2B tech companies is a plus, thriving in a dynamic and iterative setting.

  • Data-driven & results-oriented – Ability to analyze market trends, performance metrics, and customer insights to inform product positioning and growth strategies.

  • Cross-functional leadership – Experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Growth teams, enabling go-to-market success with the right messaging and materials.

  • Proactive & high emotional intelligence – Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, capable of managing multiple priorities while keeping stakeholders aligned.
