About the role 🤓

As a Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks to our company's operations and financial stability. You should possess a logical mindset, analytical curiosity, and a strong technical interest.

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and identify opportunities for optimizing risk across the organization.

• Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform risk optimization strategies.

• Develop and implement innovative risk management protocols to enhance our company's resilience.

• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to ensure risk optimization aligns with delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Communicate analytical insights to stakeholders and senior decision-makers in a timely and actionable manner.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk optimization measures and recommend adjustments to drive continuous improvement.

• Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in risk management practices and technologies to maintain our competitive edge.

What you’ll need  🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

• Native level of English. Spanish is a plus. 

• Desirable experience in risk analysis or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry. Previous experience in similar positions is considered a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to think critically and problem-solve.

• Proficiency in SQL and Python preferred, or advanced Excel skills.

• A logical mindset and a natural curiosity for uncovering the root causes of problems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage high-pressure situations effectively.
