About the role 🤓
As a Risk Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Risk team to support the design, analysis, and reporting of risk-related data models and business analytics. Your role will involve deep-diving into data across multiple sources, identifying process improvement opportunities, and developing recurring reports to enhance risk insights and decision-making.
Job requirements
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Support the preparation of reporting on business performance and monthly reporting packs (KPIs, business metrics, merchant performance), in addition to generating clear and relevant presentations for stakeholders.
Design and build business and analysis dashboards using Tableau and Metabase.
Measure the feasibility of business cases and merchant performance, by gathering, downloading and analyzing necessary data from different sources.
Assist in identifying opportunities for product improvement and operational efficiencies through data analysis and testing.
Perform basic statistical analyses, such as hypothesis testing and regression analysis.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of automation of processes.
Participate in internal and cross-departmental projects that have a direct impact on the business, either through the preparation of ad hoc analysis or production of reports for better decision making.

What you’ll need 🫱🏼🫲🏽
At least 3 years of experience working in a business with data.
Experienced in using either Tableau and/or Metabase.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics or Economics.
Master’s in Business Intelligence or analytics, Statistics is nice to have.
Skilled in Excel, Google spreadsheets.
Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, fluent Spanish is a plus.
Positive attitude, showing success in follow-up and getting things done.
Willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
