About the role 🤓

As a Risk Screener you will monitor and investigate online transactions processed by seQura and improve our credit risk real-time decisions.

Job requirements

What challenges you'll be solving 🚀

  • Review, analyze and accept online credit transactions through real-time data and reports.

  • Analyze online transactions taking into account the duration and nature of the risk.

  • Validate data from clients' transactions via telephone.

  • Request client's documentation that requires further checks and investigation.

  • Create reports for the Risk Department to help the company control and monitor processes.

  • Provide input and feedback on system and processes improvements.

  • Propose solutions and tools to risk analysis.

What you’ll need 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

  • 1 year of experience in the field of risk analysis, online transaction fraud and working with data validation.

  • 1 year of experience in Call Centers, handling both inbound and outbound calls.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economy, Criminology or related field.

  • Portuguese native speaker and fluent in Spanish with high proficiency in English. Fluent in Italian or French is a plus.

  • Hourly adaptability according to the needs of the department.

  • Mid-knowledge about Office Package and other tools related to risk assessment.

  • Strong interdisciplinary communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented and methodical thinker, with adaptability and a proactive approach to process improvement in fast-paced environments.
