About the role 🤓

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Intern to join our team and play an important role in accelerating the client onboarding process. The primary focus of this role is to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding by managing and inputting client and business data, resolving discrepancies, and actively engaging with stakeholders to remove bottlenecks. Your work will directly contribute to reducing onboarding times and supporting the success of our Sales team.

What challenges you'll be solving 🚀

  • Validate data submissions to ensure they are complete, accurate, and comply with company standards.

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in client records quickly and effectively, collaborating with stakeholders as needed.

  • Proactively contact internal and external stakeholders to gather missing information or documents, ensuring timely completion of the onboarding process.

  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy and integrity of client data throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

  • Support process improvements to streamline data collection, validation, and record management workflows.

  • Generate and share reports with the Sales team, highlighting trends, bottlenecks, or areas needing attention to further speed up onboarding times.

What you’ll need 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.

  • Native Spanish and communicational-level English.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and initiative-taking.

  • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and facilitate quick issue resolution.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or similar tools; familiarity with CRM or data management systems is a plus.

  • Analytical and process-oriented, with a passion for improving operational efficiency.

  • Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment.
