About the role 🤓
As a Senior Product Manager - Payments at seQura, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our payment platform, a core pillar of our product ecosystem. This is a strategic role where you will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution for the next generation of our payment solutions, ensuring we can offer merchants the highest payment acceptance rates with the most relevant payment methods.
You will lead the charge in preparing our systems for sustainable growth and international expansion. This involves a significant focus on the strategic implementation of Payment Orchestration capabilities, which is key to optimizing transaction costs and boosting payment acceptance rates across multiple Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver a highly flexible and customizable checkout experience based on the critical factors of License, Country, and Vertical. Your success will directly impact SeQura’s ability to scale, enhance profitability, and deliver innovative, vertical-specific payment solutions.

Customer-Centric Product Thinking:
Understand our users and translate insights into product opportunities that drive adoption, operational efficiency, and satisfaction.
Start with the problem, not the solution. Collaborate with research, data, and stakeholders to define the opportunity clearly.
End-to-End Ownership
Own the product lifecycle: from discovery to delivery and iteration, measuring impact continuously.
Stay close to users and results after launch; iterate based on what you learn.
Decide when to add, improve or scale payment methods across our different markets. Likewise, assess when to deprecate payment methods that no longer add value.
Stakeholder Partnership & Business Impact:
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Growth teams.
Drive the relationship with key payment providers such as Stripe and Checkout.com
Align product outcomes with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities.
Insight-Driven & Experimentation:
Use data and qualitative insights to make informed decisions.
Run experiments when uncertainty exists, validating hypotheses before scaling.
Team Player & Clear Communicator:
Partner with engineers, designers, and analysts as one team, not as a handoff function.
Communicate context clearly and proactively to protect focus and align priorities

Job requirements
What you’ll need 🤝
5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B2C and fintech, specialized in online payments and acquiring. Previous roles at PSP, Fintech, or licensed institutions are highly desirable.
Proven track record leading complex product or integration initiatives, ideally across multiple markets.
Ability to translate business objectives into a cohesive product vision.
Strong analytical skills and data-informed decision-making.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Spanish is a plus.
Experience leading teams and driving end-to-end product initiatives.
Comfortable partnering with Engineering, Design, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Growth teams.
Nice to Have:
Technical background or studies in engineering, business, or economics.
Familiarity with PaaS, multi-sided platforms, or multi-entity products.
Knowledge of modern product discovery frameworks.
