About the role 🤓
As a Strategic Project Manager at seQura, you will tackle high-priority challenges, driving the execution of urgent initiatives while ensuring seamless collaboration across stakeholders. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining transparent communication, meticulous documentation, and delivering impactful results in a fast-paced environment.

What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Project Planning and Scope Definition:
Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate project progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
Manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and address project issues proactively.
Budget and Resource Management:
Track expenses to ensure the project remains within budget.
Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with project goals.
Conduct project reviews and implement lessons learned for future initiatives.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, logs, and schedules.
Prepare and present project status reports for senior management or clients.

What you’ll need 🫱🏼🫲🏽
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering, IT, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
Proven 3-4 years of experience as a project manager, high-level administration, or in a related role.
Experience in Financial/FinTech or any other complex environment is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
Understanding of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Language Requirement:
Swedish Native, English fluency, and Spanish is a plus not a must.
Leadership and Communication:
Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder interactions.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Time and Budget Management:
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage tight deadlines.
Skilled in budget allocation and cost control.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
Additional Requirements:
Must be based or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs.
Familiarity with industry-specific tools or technologies.
Ability to travel for on-site project needs, if required.
