At some point in our careers, many of us have felt the same things: Am I good enough? Why does it feel harder? Where are the role models? Working in tech as a woman often means navigating unspoken rules, bias, self-doubt, and constant expectations, while trying to grow, lead, and stay true to ourselves. This event was designed as a conversation to share experiences.
Women from different roles and backgrounds in tech will share their journeys, challenges, and learnings in a safe and open environment.
This is a space to talk openly about what doesn’t always get said; the challenges, the doubts, the lessons, and the small (and big) wins along the way.
