About the role 🤓

As a Business Development Representative you will be part of a fast-growing company and a brilliant, ambitious team. You will contact potential customers and schedule meetings with them, also you will identify and qualify new commercial opportunities and will create with a senior sales executive new commercial strategies.

Job requirements

What challenges you'll be solving 🚀

  • Contact and engage with potential customers according to the Sales Manager's list.

  • Identify and qualify new commercial opportunities. Participating in leads’ acquisition campaigns and establishing relationships with new customers; is crucial for our long-term sales process and company success.

  • Identify the decision-makers and schedule meetings with them. Work closely with them ensuring a consistent flow of potential leads.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to define new commercial strategies.

  • Reflect your activity and tracking of your potential prospects through Hubspot (CRM).

  • Strong phone, email, chat or any other means of contact being an active listener.

What you'll need 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or a similar role.

  • Native level of French and a communicational level of Spanish or English.

  • You want to start a career in the sales or marketing department in B2B technology environment.

  • To have a commercial nature.

  • Great empathic capabilities and an easygoing personality.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Extremely organized, you know to prioritize and how to work results-oriented.

  • Proactive, always looking for solutions to day-to-day situations, without waiting for the answer.

  • Super energetic and motivated, constant and tenacious.

  • Resilient, keeping a positive attitude in life, and a “go for it” person.
