About the role 🤓

As an Inside Sales (Long Tail) you will be part of a fast-growing company and a brilliant, ambitious team. You will take ownership of the full commercial cycle, from the moment a qualified lead lands in your pipeline to the moment they become an active seQura merchant. This is a role built for people who love the thrill of closing, are comfortable with volume, and know that speed and consistency win more deals than perfection.

You won't be prospecting from scratch: our Data/RevOps team does the qualification work so you can focus on what matters most: converting opportunities fast and well.

Job requirements

What challenges you'll be solving 🚀

  • Receive pre-qualified leads from our Data/RevOps team and contact merchants immediately — phone first, always.

  • Manage the full commercial cycle end-to-end: present seQura's value proposition clearly, send standard commercial conditions, handle objections, and drive every conversation toward a close.

  • Close deals remotely with agility, ensuring merchants accept conditions and coordinating their activation.

  • Run structured follow-up sequences for leads that don't close on the first attempt — reactivate paused opportunities and manage non-responsive contacts systematically.

  • Keep HubSpot spotless: log every interaction, update opportunity stages, and maintain full pipeline traceability.

  • Learn fast, take feedback seriously, and continuously sharpen your commercial approach based on results.

What you’ll need 🤝 

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, call center, or a commercial internship — attitude and drive matter more than years on a CV.

  • Native level of Spanish and at least a communicative level of English.

  • Comfortable on the phone — you don't hesitate to pick it up and you know how to carry a conversation with confidence.

  • Clear, direct communicator, both verbally and in writing; you can explain value simply without overcomplicating it.

  • Resilient and energetic: you take rejection in stride, follow up without being pushy, and keep your motivation consistent across a high volume of leads.

  • Organized and disciplined — you manage multiple leads simultaneously, follow processes, and never let a follow-up fall through the cracks.

  • Action-oriented mindset: you move fast, don't wait for perfect conditions, and always look for a way to advance the conversation.

  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus) and comfortable managing your tasks digitally.
