About the role 🤓
As a Junior Integrator, you will play a key role in ensuring merchants have a fast, smooth, and effective onboarding experience with seQura.
You will execute standard merchant integrations across the most popular e-commerce platforms, handle first-line technical support, and perform QA validations, always working with clear documentation, checklists, and a senior team member as your mentor from day one.
This is a role where you'll learn by doing. Over the first 6-12 months, you'll build solid technical foundations and progressively take ownership of complete end-to-end integrations with increasing autonomy.
Job requirements
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Execute standard merchant integrations on supported e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento) following platform guides and known-issues documentation
Configure and update seQura plugins and visual elements on merchant sites, following established guidelines
Perform QA and validation for integrations using standard checklists, contributing to the team's quality goal of passing 80%+ of quality items
Provide first-line technical support for common issues: basic configuration errors, visual glitches, and simple incompatibilities
Follow standard procedures for routine tasks such as visual integration changes, product updates, and campaigns
Maintain accurate integration records and statuses across internal platforms (Jira, internal tools)
Flag unclear documentation and suggest improvements to checklists and guides when you spot patterns
Escalate non-standard or risky cases following the team's Issues & Incidents procedure

What you’ll need 🤝
Basic understanding of web and e-commerce concepts: frontend vs backend, what a plugin/module is, what checkout and order lifecycle mean
Ability to follow technical documentation and checklists precisely, with strong attention to detail
Basic troubleshooting skills: recognising configuration errors, reading error messages, identifying missing steps
Clear and concise written communication (Slack, Jira, email)
Customer-oriented mindset: your goal is that merchants are happy with both the integration process and the support they receive
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento) or technical support roles is a plus, but not required — we're happy to work with someone who is new to these tools as long as you're eager to learn
