As the Optical Services Manager, you will be responsible for enabling optical stores to successfully launch, adopt, and grow our subscription model. You will work closely with Sales and internal teams to support merchant expansion and drive adoption, while building and evolving a practical enablement toolkit. As we scale, you will help design a scalable enablement model (e.g. e-learning, trainer certification, or outsourcing) to support our growing optical network.
