About the role 🤓
At SeQura, we believe shopping can be smarter, more rewarding, and financially empowering. We are embarking on one of the most strategic projects in our history: building a Smart Shopper App that will fundamentally change how people discover, pay for, and get the most from their purchases.
We are looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager to drive this transformation. If you’re passionate about solving meaningful problems, love working at the intersection of customer needs and business strategy, and want to build products that millions of people will use and love every day, this is your opportunity to make a major impact.
As a Senior Product Manager on this team, you will lead the product strategy and execution for key parts of the shopper experience. You’ll shape the roadmap, define success metrics, align cross-functional teams, and ensure we’re delivering both customer value and business results.
Key Focus Areas 🚀
Customer-Centric Product Thinking: You’ll obsess over understanding our users—who they are, what motivates them, and how we can improve their lives. You’ll translate insights into product opportunities that drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Strategy, Roadmap & Execution: From vision to delivery, you’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of your product area. You’ll define clear priorities, write crisp specs, and collaborate closely with design, engineering, and data to ship meaningful outcomes at high velocity.
Stakeholder Partnership & Business Impact: You connect product decisions to company goals. You’ll work with stakeholders across Growth, Design, Tech, Data, and Operations, aligning interests and making sure our work moves the needle for both the business and our users.

Job requirements
What you’ll need 🧠
Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, specialized in online payment and acquiring.
Previous roles at PSP, Fintech or licensed institutions are highly desirable.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into a cohesive product vision. Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English is a must. Ability to explain complex concepts and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and successful product launches.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Adapt quickly to changes and continuously seek opportunities for improvement
