About the role 🤓

We are in the middle of a transformation in how we hire. We have moved to a decentralised model where managers lead their own processes, the right call for our stage, but one that requires someone to make it actually work. Someone who trains, supports, and holds the bar. Who builds the system, not just runs it.

We have approximately 100 hires planned over the next 12 months across 6+ countries. What we need is someone to bring consistency, quality, and rigour to how we recruit, and to develop the next generation of talent through our graduate and early-career programmes.

Job requirements

What challenges you'll be solving 🚀

  • Be the hiring reference for all seQura managers, their first call when they open a role, and their coach when they get stuck.

  • Design and deliver hands-on training on sourcing, structured interviewing, ATS usage, and candidate experience.

  • Join interviews as a quality gate: ensure every process meets our standards before an offer goes out.

  • Manage DISC assessments for final-stage candidates and provide your hiring perspective to support decision-making.

  • Own ATS integrity: clean data, updated stages, and reliable metrics.

  • Oversee and continuously improve our internal employee referral programme.

  • Lead our graduate and young professional programme: university partnerships, career fairs, internship coordination, and company visits.

  • Collaborate with our Employer Branding team on talent attraction strategy, careers page, social presence, and events.

  • Stay ahead of AI-powered recruiting and bring the best tools and practices into the team.

What you'll need 🤝

  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a track record of closing both tech and business roles.

  • Proven experience driving organisational change, ideally in contexts where hiring was decentralised or undergoing transformation.

  • Strong command of ATS platforms, configuration, optimisation, and reporting.

  • Real ability to influence people without formal authority over them.

  • Hands-on experience using AI-powered sourcing and recruiting tools, with a strong interest in leveraging AI to improve talent acquisition efficiency and candidate discovery. 

  • Experience running university or early-career talent programmes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English. Additional European languages are highly valued. 

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or a regulated environment.

  • DISC certification or experience with other assessment tools.

Our hiring process

  1. Intro call with People (30 min)

  2. Competency interview with the hiring manager (60 min)

  3. Take-home case study (max. 2 hours)

  4. Final panel with stakeholders (60 min)
